This Powertrain adjustable dumbbell and barbell set is a must-have for all fitness enthusiasts building their personal home gym. This set includes everything you need for a home strength workout, including 2 dumbbell bars and 12 plates for versatile weight configurations. The standard configuration is 10kg per dumbbell, but you can convert the pair into a 20kg barbell for even more flexibility in your home gym workout.
Covered in durable ABS, these adjustable dumbbells are sturdy, robust, and will prevent floor damage when dropped. Each dumbbell bar has an overall length of 45cm and features knurling for better gripping. A sturdy 7cm bar connector is included in the set for barbell conversion.
