Work out in the comfort of your home with this 58cm balance trainer. It's perfect for yoga, pilates, stretching, and other exercises that target your arms, legs, and core.
This half balance ball is small and compact, making it ideal for on-the-go and outdoor fitness routines. It features a flat side that provides a stable base, plus a rubber dome for balancing challenges to tone the entire body. The rubber dome can also be used as a soft cushion to protect your knees, wrists, and back during yoga or pilates classes.
Each balance trainer comes with two bonus resistance bands to add intensity to your workouts. The flat side has 8 anti-slip pads so you don't have to worry about the half balance ball sliding around during exercise.
The balance trainer has a maximum user weight of 125kg and is made of PVC and ABS rubber. It comes complete with an air pump, so you can inflate it to your desired firmness and work out any time.
