It is made from oak wood and fitted with soft double buckle straps and smooth microfiber leather that is gentle on the skin. You can adjust the five high-carbon steel springs with 2 resistance levels, as well as the headrest and shoulder rest, to suit how you like to move.
The wheels stay quiet while you glide through each session. When you are done, fold it up and roll it away. A simple, sturdy setup that makes it easy to stay consistent with Pilates at home.
