A guideline runs along the centre of the tumbling mat, allowing you to check your form and alignment during practice. The gymnastics mat also has four handles for convenient carrying from one spot to another.
This mat is easy to inflate and deflate, with a built-in valve that's compatible with both hand and electric pumps (available separately). Its high-quality construction ensures that it will stay durable, giving you the utmost safety and value for your money.
